Everything was $10, before I knew it, I had more customers than I could handle.
My name is Sam Innes, I’m 19 years old and currently a third-year building apprentice, recently awarded Apprentice of the Year by East Coast Apprenticeships. I’ve always been hands-on and driven—ever since I started my first business at 12 mowing lawns to save for a fishing boat. That early hustle taught me the value of showing up, doing quality work, and letting results speak for themselves. These values have stuck with me. Whether I’m on a building site, fixing something around the home, or helping out at the Mooloolaba Surf Club, I bring full commitment, attention to detail, and a high standard to everything I do.
Beyond the tools, I’m passionate about making an impact. I’m developing a community platform for young people on the Coast who want to get active, connect through outdoor adventure, and learn how to build financial success early. I believe hard work, the right mindset, and taking action are what set people apart. I take pride in being reliable, respectful, and easy to work with - and I’m always looking for ways to grow, learn, and contribute more wherever I am.
